Positive, The Montparnasse area is vibrant with countless shops and eateries. The staff, especially Antony and Daisy, were friendly and helpful. I loved the large French windows in my Superior Double Room. The proximity to the Metro made exploring super easy. A good stay 😊

The hotel is stylish, with an excellent breakfast, air conditioned rooms and an extremely comfy bed. Great service from the exceptionally nice, amicable staff members. Central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television in the room, favourable location.

Location was very convenient to the tgv from the south. Having a room away from the street ment that it was quiet.
The room was small, but that can't be changed. However, not having a shower curtain in the first room (which had a bath plus shower) ment that water got all over. The second room, with only a shower, was fine. On the day we left, the staff tried very hard to find us a taxi. They were too polite to tell us that the taxi drivers were on strike. I wish that they had told us the situation, since we almost missed our train (Eurostar).

A cozy stay with charm
Finding myself surrounded by charming Parisian streets, I appreciated thesuper clean and cozy accommodations. The breakfast was good, with freshly made cappuccinos that kick-started my mornings!
My nights were challenged by inefficient air conditioning, made for uncomfortable sleep during a particularly warm spell. A few adjustments by the staff could greatly improve guest comfort.

The location is very good, 100 meters away there is a subway (with wide connections) and 500 meters away is the Gare de Montparnase. There are many places to eat nearby. The room is small but not very small. You can stay comfortably, and our trip was to walk around all day so we only came back to sleep. It has a separate toilet and shower, but for us that's perfect. There were no Spanish channels but no time to watch TV either. In front there is a Breton pub with excellent food. The Saturday morning fair 100 meters away is very good. Super recommendable. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
It was all very, good. we arrived the bathroom smelled like a sewer, next day it got totally better. There is no water heater in the room, it may be necessary with the cold of Paris to take something hot when coming from the street.

The Twin Room featured a unique wall slot for the key-card, the lights operated only when needed, a neat touch. The location in the Montparnasse area made it easy to access local cafes and bakeries.
Cleaning left much to be desired with hair found in the bathroom, despite daily requests for attention. The shower height posed challenges, especially when exiting it with wet feet.

A very good B&B with friendly staff. The location is simply excellent with easy transport facilities close by and walking distance of Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay etc. There are endless brasseries/restaurants on the doorstep, pharmacy, supermarket, groceries nearby.
the weather alas!

The hotel in general is very good for the level that the 3 stars establishments have in Paris. The comfortable bed. The shower is clean, with good access and wide as the screen is curved and fixed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom (but also inside the room), which is common in France and in this case very convenient given the small number of rooms. Good heating, adjustable. Mini fridge, mini wardrobe (all spaces are small but sufficient), TV, wifi, and very important: lift, as the stairs to go up or down with luggage are complicated. The room, with window to the floor and balcony, looks directly to the street, which is quiet and not noisy. There are establishments to buy, eat or drink something in the same street and surroundings. It is very close to the Montparnasse station, which makes communication easy, and next to two other metro stations. The neighborhood is quiet and quite central: you can walk in just over half an hour, for example to Notre Dame or other tourist attractions. Although the access is from 14 h, we arrived at 11 to leave the suitcases and as our room was already ready we could occupy it without any problem. On the day of departure, our luggage was also kept for us until we needed it. I would like to point out the kindness of the lady at the reception to whom I asked the favour to be able to leave the luggage, four days later, when we returned to Paris and we had about 8 hours transit time before leaving for the airport.
corridors and stairs are minimal and furniture looks a little old-fashioned.
